Cedar has been practising yoga for 10 years and teaching for the last year. She has completed over 200+ hours of yoga teaching and is also qualified in level 1 & 2 Thai Massage.
Cedar describes her class as;

The part of instructing that Cedar loves the most is seeing the completely blissed out faces of her students after a class.
