Initial appointments typically last 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are either 45 or 30 minutes, depending on your needs.

The first appointment will be tailored to your reason for visiting. Our physiotherapists, Catherine and Celine, will conduct a comprehensive whole-body assessment to diagnose and address your specific issue, whether it's an injury, ongoing pain, or dysfunction related to work, home, or sports activities. They will create a personalised treatment plan to address the root cause.
If you are seeking help for bone density concerns, Catherine and Celine, who are licenced to instruct the Onero™ Bone Health Program. They will review your medical history, perform baseline measurements, and introduce you to the Onero™ exercise program. This will help prepare you for participation in the group Onero™ bone health class.

You are not required to have a referral from your doctor unless you want to claim through Medicare. To receive a Medicare rebate you will need to get an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) from your GP

Yes, you can claim on your private health insurance. At Moore Health, we offer on-the-spot claiming through HICAPS, so you don’t have to deal with paperwork or follow up with your insurer for reimbursement. Just bring your private health card and a payment method for the remaining balance, and we’ll take care of the rest. This does not require a GP or specialist referral.

Yes, Moore Health clinic is fully accessible. The entrance is located on the ground floor in the courtyard of Moore Park Gardens, with easy access from the visitor car park. Disabled parking spots are also available for your convenience.

Parking: There is street parking available on St. Charles Moore Drive.
Public Transport:
By Bus: If you’re coming from Waterloo or Redfern Station, take the 292 bus and get off at Philip Street. If you are coming from Central station, take the 320 and get off at Danks street
From the City: Take the 304 bus, which will drop you at Philip Street heading south.
Heading North: You can take either the 292 or 304 bus, and get off on Bourke Street.

Appointment & Class Cancellation Policy
You’ll receive a text reminder one day before your scheduled appointment. Please respond with "Y" to confirm or "N" to cancel at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time.If you fail to reply, do not attend, or cancel on the day of the appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled rate will be charged. For last-minute class cancellations, there is a $25 fee.

You can park or get dropped off on Sir Charles Moore Drive in Moore Park Gardens at 780 Bourke St. There is easy access to the Moore Health clinic at Shop 2C. Unlimited parking can be found along Sir Charles Moore Drive in the visitors spots or along Bourke street parking is available with a one-hour limit.
